Success Story

I have 10 acres of Mango orchard as owned from my ancestors. There are mostly old varieties   e. g Malda and black chaunsa, with very low market value. I am advocate by profession and don’t have knowledge of transferring these established trees into useful varieties with high market values. I got membership of EMFP cluster for the purpose of learning good agriculture practices.

During training of cluster I learnt different grafting techniques, and started to apply these methods on my trees. I grafted new high market value varieties like SB chaunsa and White chaunsa, on established trees. The new healthy sprouts came on trees giving me hope of fulfilling my dreams. InshaAllah within 2 years I will be able to harvest new high market value produce at my orchard. I am thankful to EMFP team.
